Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Scale Operations' website and services. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using our services you agree to this AUP.

1. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Submit false, fabricated, or misleading information, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Access, tamper with, or use data or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security of the services.
• Upload or transmit malware, or any harmful or malicious code.
• Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or post unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with Scale Operations or any store.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the services except as expressly permitted.

2. Data and privacy responsibilities

If you access any confidential or personal data in the course of an engagement, you must handle it only for authorized purposes, keep it confidential, and comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. You must never use such data to contact, identify, or profile individuals outside the scope of your authorized work.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating access, and reporting unlawful activity to authorities.

4. Reporting

To report a violation of this AUP, email abuse@scaleoperations.us.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
