Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Scale Operations' website, services, and Partner Program. It supplements our Terms of Service and Partner Program Terms. By using our services you agree to this AUP.

1. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Submit false, fabricated, plagiarized, or automated contributions, or otherwise game rewards.
• Access, tamper with, or use data or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security of the services.
• Upload or transmit malware, or any harmful or malicious code.
• Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or post unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with Scale Operations or any store.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the services except as expressly permitted.

2. Data and privacy responsibilities

If you access any conversation or personal data through the Program, you must handle it only for authorized purposes, keep it confidential, and comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. You must never use such data to contact, identify, or profile individuals outside the scope of your authorized work.

3. Fair-use of rewards

The Partner Program rewards genuine, high-quality contributions. Coordinated schemes, multiple or fake accounts, collusion, or any attempt to obtain rewards through dishonest means are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and removal from the Program.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating access, withholding or reversing rewards, and reporting unlawful activity to authorities.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
