Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern your participation in the Scale Operations Partner Program (the "Program"). By enrolling, you agree to these Program Terms together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program overview
The Program allows individuals to contribute to Scale Operations' feedback-intelligence work — for example, by reviewing, validating, and enriching feedback derived from interactions between shoppers and e-commerce stores' AI agents. Partners whose contributions consistently stand out in quality and impact may receive rewards paid in U.S. dollars (USD).
2. Eligibility and enrollment
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and may require identity or eligibility verification before issuing rewards.
3. Contributions
Contributions must be your own, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and provided in good faith. You agree not to submit fraudulent, automated, plagiarized, or low-effort contributions intended to inflate activity. We may review, accept, reject, or remove any contribution.
4. Rewards
Rewards are discretionary and performance-based. Whether you qualify, and the amount of any reward, depends on factors that may include the quality, accuracy, originality, volume, and impact of your contributions, as assessed by Scale Operations. We may publish reward tiers or criteria from time to time; these may change. Nothing in the Program guarantees that you will receive any reward.
5. Payment of rewards
- Eligible rewards are denominated and paid in USD through the payment methods we make available.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any fees charged by your provider.
- We may set minimum payout thresholds, payment schedules, and verification requirements.
- We may withhold or reverse rewards associated with fraud, abuse, or violations of these Program Terms.
6. Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive. You agree to provide any tax documentation we reasonably require, and we may withhold amounts where required by law.
7. Partner conduct
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, and not to misrepresent your relationship with Scale Operations or with any store.
8. Independent relationship
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are an independent participant and not an employee or agent of Scale Operations.
9. Intellectual property and confidentiality
To the extent your contributions create any work product used in our services, you grant Scale Operations a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it for operating and improving the services. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information you access through the Program and to use it only for Program purposes.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation, and withhold associated rewards, at any time for violations of these Program Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or as otherwise permitted by law. You may leave the Program at any time.
11. No guarantee of earnings
The Program is not an income opportunity or guaranteed source of earnings. Any examples of potential rewards are illustrative only and do not represent expected or typical results.
12. Changes to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or change these Program Terms, at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
